Composition

Each 1 ml contains:

Ceftiofur Hydrochloride 50mg

Description

Respiratory disease

Indications

Bovine respiratory disease (BRD, shipping fever, pneumonia)
associated with Mannheim haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida and Histophilus somni.
2. Acute bovine interdigital necrobacillosis (foot rot,
pododermatitis) associated with Fusobacterium necrophorum
and Bactericides melaninogenicus.
3. Acute merits (0 to 14 days post-partum) associated with
bacterial organisms susceptible to ceftiofur.

Dosage

Cattle: 1 ml per 50 kg body weight for 3 – 5 days, subcutaneously.
Swine: 1 ml per 16 kg body weight for 3 days, intramuscularly.
Shake well before use and do not administer more than 15 ml in cattle per injection site and not more than 10 ml in swine.
Successive injections should be administered at different sites.

Withdrawal Times

For meat: 3 days.
For milk: 1 day.
