Composition

Each 1 gm contains:

Doxycycline 200 mg
Tylosin 200 mg
Excipients ad 1 gm

Description

Doxycycline and Tylosin combination acts bacteriostatic against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

Indications

T-D IZER 200 is a combination of two antibiotics used in veterinary medicine for the treatment of bacterial infections in farm animals and poultry. T-D IZER 200 indicated for gastrointestinal and respiratory infections caused by tylosin and doxycycline sensitive micro-organisms, like Bordetella, Campylobacter, Chlamydia,
E. coli, Haemophilus, Mycoplasma, Pasteurella, Rickettsia, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus and Treponema spp. in calves, goats, poultry, sheep and swine.

Dosage

For oral administration via feed or drinking water.
Calves, goats and sheep: Twice daily, 1 gm per 40 kg bodyweight for 3-5 days.
Poultry and swine: 1 kg per 2000-4000 litres of drinking water for 3-5 days.
Mixed with feed, the product should be used immediately.
Medicated drinking water should be used within 24 hours.
Note: for pre-ruminant calves and lambs only.

Withdrawal Times

For meat:
Calves, goats and sheep: 14 days.
Swine: 8 days.
Poultry: 7 days.
Not for use in animals from which milk
or eggs are produced for human consumption.
